Yes, guest parking can be a drag. But lots of street parking nearby. Great staff , friendly residents and VERY energy efficient. My electric is $40 in the Summer. Great location, def recommend.

Anyone who lives in downtown knows parking is limited. Most complexes charge for parking even unreserved. This complex is beautiful and is located to everything you want to do in downtown and uptown

Parking here blows and they try and nickel and dime you into paying for a reserved spot. Nice apartments tho and would recommend

We have reserved parking spaces , you will get towed if you are in someone's spot. That makes good sense to me

Parking is hard here. maintenance service was good before the management changed. Now they do not come on time, do not tell you there is a package waiting for you. Charge for trash pick up fee...
