Book your tickets online in advance to guarantee a place. Although we were able to go around the experience half an hour before. Plenty of zones to explore. The new 4D ride and Cadabra was good also.
The staff were consistently warm, kind & friendly . We loved the mix of audio-visual education , animatronics and free chocolate . A great way to spend a rainy afternoon for any age!
There are a few ways to get discount on entry. Book online will give 5% discount . Use Supersave to get a code and save 20% off. However, this place is worth every penny superb day out!!!
As of summer 2022, Cadbury World is run by Merlin Entertainments, who also run Alton Towers, Sealife Centres, Legoland, Warwick Castle & more, so expect this place to become even less value for money
Dragged on dramatized history in beginning of self-tour plus abandoned machinery. Can't imagine kids find it interesting. Best part was chocolate sample. Save entrance fees & buy £50 of ???? ???? instead
Well worth a visit, great to see how everything is done! I don't even like Chocolate but my girls loved it! They're still enjoying the souvenirs!!
Staff around the exhibition and rides were lovely, staff in the cafe not so pleasant unless you like food being thrown at your tray. I would suggest packing a lunch and save a small fortune too!
Chocoholics from miles around flock to Cadbury World! You will love it, but beware of the afternoon sugar-crash. Book ahead, it's a very popular place and you'll have a 5% discount if you book online .
Fantastic family day out. Get there for opening to avoid queues for the attractions . Expect to spend 3 to 4 hrs around the place.
4D show is a must, wanted it to last longer. The store, however has the same prices as in any other store.
If you've printed a ticket at home then you can get into the 4D film and the Bournville Experience before your allocated tour time.
Children love this place. Loads of chocolate to sample.
Where dreams come true, the place is so inspiring❤️ Although we had a hard time reaching there but upon arrival all of it faded away
A full chocolate day... if you love chocolate , definitely you'll enjoy being here :)
NOT FOR FOREIGN VISITORS.Payment for tickets couldn't be processed with any non-UK cards on the website. Tickets sold out for the next days once arrived, and it wasn't high season.
Turn up early: you will be given a time-slot for your tour , we arrived at midday and the earliest slots available were 3:30. Or even better: book online (I believe you get a discount )
If you have booked tickets online for a particular tour time... Don't worry if you're late. All tours are self guided. You can enter the tour after your ticket time, but not before.
Don't come when there is the slightest chance of rain, the health and safety gone mad people completely close the outside play area when there are a few drops of rain! Very sad little girl... :o(
Sometimes it feels like we are paying to be bombarded with Cadbury ads but it was a really nice visit. Their restaurant food was below average though.
Recommended for family day out .. fun for all ages
Don't forget to get your free chocolate bars as you go around and the free melted chocolate pot
Great fun - managed to keep busy for 5 hours and didn't spend a fortune! Awesome!!!
Tops family day out. Excellent (free!) outdoor playground . Factory tour great for inclement weather too. 5*
The Cadabra ride was terrifying and hilarious at the same time...what I'd imagine an acid trip would be like.
Very interesting place and great chocolate
BAD NEWS: Your kids will bleed you dry if you bow to their demands at the gift shop . GOOD NEWS: You will bleed chocolate .
Kids go free vouchers regularly available online at visit heart of England website. Adults £14.75 each
The packaging plant is not open most weekends, so to benefit the most try and visit on a weekday or you'll see lots of empty rooms and machines switched off.
Favorite chocolate ????
Slightly discounted shop, perfect for Easter.
Had a great day here! Very busy at dinner around shop...

It was very nice tripe
The kids loved the free chocokate
Always the best -> marsh mallows dipped in Cadbury's best chocolate . <3
Was worth looking for the events - our children dressed up for superhero day and were awarded extra prizes!
Couldn't get a tour , abit disappointed but shop & cafe were reasonable x
Disappointing. Could be amazingly wonderful and magical. It all felt a bit flat... The staff were functional at best (abrupt and rude at worst). Shame!
Check out voucher cloud for £ 11 adult available access
