The best trainers are here. Ask any of them for help with a machine and they jump right in. They want to see everyone at their best.
Try to bring your own towel the "clean " towels here sometimes smell like man sweat...they should use bleach.... Ew!

Zumba fitness on Tuesdays at 4:30pm w/ Monserrat is one of the best group fitness classes they offer. So much fun and burns tons of calories. Highly recommend it. My fav class out of the week! - Julie Park
