Yes probably one of the best meats we have had BUT we would have GLADLY kept from eating the shark fin, whale fat, and Kobe tongue & skipped right to our meat! overrated. $660usd per person, minimum

和牛 を様々な料理にしてコース で振舞ってくれます。ステーキ は外は少しカリっと、中はレア気味に柔らかく、それを丁度良く楽しめる大きさにカット して出してくれます。（カット してあるステーキ を出されると、余計なことしやがって・・・と思うこともあるんだけど、こちらは丁度良い按配にカット してくれて有難う、と感じました）
