Great views from the terrace overlooking Ventnor Bay . The beer is usually good and a selection of local ales too. Service can be slow but this year they seem to be better at clearing the tables.

Poached local cod fillet with a prawn , mussel and white wine sauce and new potatoes ! Thoroughly recommended! Great service, awesome food and a beautiful inn right on the sea front!!

Bear with it. The food (lobster ) obvioulsy is super and a bottle of Corbieres Ollieux Romanis a great choice. After that you'll see past the non-plused decor of the terrace . Read the 'camp' warnings.

Possibly the most generic tasting burger I've ever had. Best described as "food". I'm reliably informed that the prawns and chicken are good - so maybe try them instead!

Certainly the best food on the island and possibly the entire UK! The delux cheese burger is excellent as are the views . Highly recommended...
