Note - this isn't a beer garden in the original sense. There are a few beer halls and restaurants that serve AYCE Genghis khan BBQ . The beer museum info desk has pamphlets on the various restaurants .

サッポロビール園で出されるジンギスカン は､ジンギスカン ではありません｡ラム 肉 炒め でしかない｡ジンギスカン は､山形の鍋で焼くことで､脂を肉 から分離してあっさり させるものです｡しかし､サッポロビール園のジンギスカン は､電磁調理器用の平鍋のため､脂が分離せず､肉 は脂っこいままです｡ジンギスカン を食べるのならば､別の場所をおすすめします｡

박물관 내 시음장은 3층부터 관람 후 1층에. 1잔 200엔, 3잔에 500엔. 시음잔은 대충 200ml, 갓만들어진 신선한 맥주를 마실 수 있습니다. 자판기로 티켓 구매 후 제시하면 맥주와, 티켓 1장당 작은 안주메뉴(크래커/치즈 선택)를 줍니다.

札幌と言えばここかなと思い行ってしまいました。北海道なジンギスカン鍋なんですね。黒ビール、ハーフが一番好きでしたね。
