An interesting 1-Michelin star restaurant in Epernay. Expect quite the culinary experience handled accordingly by the well-trained waiters . The only downside is the lack of wine/champagne pairing.
It's a "Valeur Sûr" in Epernay, known as one of the best restaurant for many years. The one star Michelin restaurant to try if you want to have a special dinner and enjoy the champagne atmosphere

The wine selection , foie gras , razor clams , and veal with champignons were all excellent. Only wish they did wine pairings .
Go there for lunch ... actually cheap for what you get in return.
