Be patient with the staff . I know they're trying and are often under-staffed.
Staff is slow and their confidence is low all around. Nobody smiles and shows energy like the great staff @ Royal Oak's location.
Don't order steeped tea if you're in a rush. They never seem to have any ready and you will have to wait the five minutes for a new pot to brew.
They try to be energetic but the staff just doesn't have it here. I love that it has tons of electrical outlets unlike the majority in Vic
Would be nice if they got some of those cardboard sleeves for the coffee . If they don't double-cup them (which is a waste), you will literally burn yourself to death if you have to carry it far.
