Literally everything is good (but the Midnight Moon - goat gouda and caramelized onion on multigrain - is probably my favorite).

My grilled cheddar/guac/jalapeño sandwich had neither guac , jalapeños , nor melted cheese . They were very kind about refunding for my unmelted cheese & green chili sandwich at least.

Pro: The cheese is local! Pro: The cheese is fresh! Con: As someone obsessed with cheese , I don't like the bread-to-cheese ratio (more cheese please!). Con: sandwiches are pre-made, no adjustments.

Tomato soup is not what you expect but in a good way! Took the heat right off of the thrilled cheese
