Awful outlet of this popular chain. The staff don’t know their own menu, prepare your order under the noses of subsequent customers, and the tatty furniture needs replacing.
Not the best cookie , considering it’s Nero’s new promotion, Cookies were more like Rock cakes , Hard,Dry.....
not a good day at Cafe Nero’s busy and only a Trainee Barista on duty... Ur was not her fault being left under that pressure.problem with drink mixup We ordered 2 cafe Latte and received 2 cappuccino ?
