Not the biggest selection of machines and free weights, but, all the equipment is always clean and in proper working order. The friendly staff is helpful and always willing to assist.
Offers one of the best membership deals in town . Well equipped, staff very helpful. (Still try my best to be there 3 times a week.)
Very good gym . One downside: no wifi .
