Leche flan ($7, big). The Filipino version is typically made with egg yolks , evaporated milk & sweetened condensed milk . Very, very sweet! The one here is also very firm (instead of silky soft)
Restaurant operates at one corner of the mall , along the back row of shops facing Geylang River . Dining is alfresco as the shop space is the kitchen itself
Their lechon is served with 2 sauce: the classic brown one (extreme left) tasted like apple sauce , & the black soy sauce with bits of chopped onion & garlic
It's on the outside of the building along the canal . You need to exit the building to reach it
Lechon (roasted suckling pig ). They sell a 3kg lechon belly for $138. Can serve up to 15 pax. Useful for home parties
Buko pandan - young coconut with pandan . Mani - fried peanuts with garlic and salt
Lechon kare kare ($16) is their lechon chopped up & mixed with vege & peanut saucr
Halayang ube ($3.50 each) is mashed purple yam . Sweet flavour
Vege kare kare ($7) is not spicy but the gravy is ground peanut sauce

They have lumpia (spring rolls), bopis (pig innards) and enseladang talong (eggplant with tomatoes, onion and shrimp paste). You can order the dishes without rice too - Gabriel Seah
