If you work out after 10pm it's nice and quiet , but ladies watch out for the janitor he's always "cleaning " the women's locker room after midnight....
Men - Cut off the outer 2/3's of your shirt if you want to fit in. It's best if your nipples are showing. Ladies - prepare to get creeped on.
They need to expand or drop the price of lance Armstrong. But alas spring is here so there will be less people finally! Great gym and employees. Best in Portland area by far
If you're looking for the 40lb dumbells, they're next to the garbage can adjacent to the women's locker room . Only at scholls!
Tuesdays 9:00am yoga class with Brandon and Thursday pilates class with Ali at 9:00 am are a must!
Come to the gym to work out not visit... use the equipment for more the visiting and move on...!!
Ok! Does anyone here know proper gym etiquette?!!! The benches are for working out on...NOT for resting your weights on!!!! Let others work thru aholes! For cryin out loud !!!
Jodie's Bodypump sessions are the best in the area. Seriously.

Look for the posers not working out and watching all the girls. It's the funniest to watch.
Swimmers don't know how to share lanes. One person will refuse to share a lane I could be in with a minimum of 5 other people.
Saturday morning Turbo Kick class at 9:15, be there!

Nobody puts their weights back where they belong here... don't be one of them!

The WORST time to come is between 5 and 8PM
We just discovered the Splash pad and it is terrific. We came for truck day and ended up at the pool afterwards. Great fun day for the kids. Lifeguards onboard. Local fun place for the whole family. - CYNTHIA A
