The Cheapest Milk is At Ruler Food At Mill Road and 1st Ave
Cheapest place to buy milk !! However, some makeup is overpriced (easily fixed by BOGO deals & Beauty Club card!).
This is a great place to pick up milk if you run out late at night, or even in the middle of the day.
