Bánh cuốn is great and has consistent quality. It's a bit pricey , however quality normally costs. Make sure to have small VND notes/bills as it may take long for the restaurant to give change.

The traditional bánh cuốn is great. But you should order bánh cuốn với trứng which is the same filling but the envelope is made of white egg . Full of protein !
