It's good to see that things had really improved from my previous visits. The manager stopped by every table asking for opinions and suggestions. The servers were great! Hopefully this trend sticks!

We were at Chili 's on Thursday night...it was busy but not packed. Our server was very friendly and their 2 for LE99 promotion is excellent! The food was very good and well worth the price.

My favorite items are country fried chicken and classic nachos

Salads R rlly big, so U rlly want to order it alone or eat it w/ 4 ppl.Burgers R said 2give stomachache but I'm trying one anyway..

U always wana choose the whole menu... I really can't pick a dish! And their apple pie is my lala land!

The food was excellent. the price was very good. the waiter was nice and helpful. Good place to go to in Heliopolis.

Nice as always, the only thing that wasn't good I ordered some nachos as an appetizer , they served it with the food at the same time

I ordered chicken fajitas mex but tortilla came not fresh and I complained about it si they gave me onother, montary chicken had hair in it, so we left , not gonna go there again ????????????

Overcrowded don't know why? Yet food was not fresh enough, hair in dishes ( though a common encounter in all restaurants ), yet responsive customer service and complaint management
