My experience, not crowded , on the contrary. FREE parking . No cinema . Also brand clothing stores are there.

Nice place to to have fun in shopping and entertainment and for the best have a nice Caffè

Meat counter staff need to be more attentive, more courteous and more agile!!

Actually it's Maadi city centre not carrfour and not katamya also I'M working there in the management MAF Egypt that responsible for it .

It's actually Katameya Carrefour/City Center, not Maadi; as opposed to location rather than popularity of location ;).

Big and lots of offers

Way too crowded these days because of offers on the occasion of its 12th birthday. Avoid it if you can resist the temptation of merchandise offers!
