The Michelada pops are my favorite & I love Micheladas . I get the traditional w/o the salt rim as I find the pop plenty salty & perfect. The hen of the woods veg taco is my fave even though I eat meat
No frills kind of place. If you are from NYC, they are similar to Calexico but with a cool LA sleek vibe. Order from the bar and hang on the communal tables . GREAT employees! Gluten free options !!!
Silver Lake’s “urban taco fabricators” pride themselves on tacos and micheladas in a two-room space with plenty of brick, wood and communal seating . Read more
Owner Summer Stearns came up with the concept for Diablo’s michelada , which lets you mix and match DiabloPops with either draft or bottled beer . Read more
The grilled chicken tacos with just onions and cilantro (especially made for me) were SOoooooo good-I would go back just for that! The fried chicken side was the bomb.
A great alternative to the coffee shop when you are tired of working from home. Bring your mobile office & hook up to their free WiFi - grab a beer and some tacos for some serious work fuel!
This place kills the Hard Shell game - usually not the move but great here. The Bison one was amazing. Also very cheap drinks
Just like I had hoped, the food had improved! The menu changes on a weekly basis so check back. The Michelada pops could be slightly slushier and the lighting needs to be a lot dimmer. Great start!
Fyi: CAUTION with the bison taco's - chili bison taco's will cause excessive flatus volume in the stomach. (Ate 4 and had an excessive discomfort until I had a carbonated beverage)
Cute place. The vibe feels like the taco version of wurstkuche in silver lake . Beer selection pretty good, except for that hipster pbr on tap ?! Prepared the pay, tacos tho delicious, they're small.
Fiesta Latina is an agave Mexican beer , is very refreshing and will captivate your palate, try it at: El Diablo
The michelada pops with beer are nice and cold. Tried it with a Victoria the 1st round. Taste a lot better with a Modelo.
Coca cola asada taco and the street corn with a $1 PBR is perfect on a weeknight.
Beer selection is great. Tacos are gourmet and very eclectic . Food is on the expensive side but come here for a foodventure. It's a Mexican gastropub in Silverlake .
Tacos are great (my favorite is the bison chili ), but the breakfast burrito—only available on weekends— is pretty forgettable
I really enjoyed the ground bison chili taco . Simple but so good.
originally came to check out the micheladas , but was highly impressed with the variety of tacos . and the CORN IS A MUST!
Good variety of food, and delicious when it finally arrives, also beers on tap are a good selection!
As a veggie , the hen-of-the-woods taco and elote are already my craveable "usual". Also can't beat golden road beers !
Make sure to check out the board games in the back. We played battleship while we waited for our tacos .
They have an amazing seasonal taco with bacon , Chinese sausage , and potatoes ! Best taco of the life.
Buttermilk fried chicken is the bomb. The chicken is fried in batches so come before the rush.
The corn is great. The best taco is the pork belly with plantains and peanuts .
Casual spot with excellent tacos - all unique! Oh, and $1 beer happy hour . Yes... $1!!!
Gotta order the lemon lime michelada popsicle with any of the beers . The tomato popsicle is pretty damn good also!
The grilled brentwood seet corn on the cob is a must have - lime , mayo , cotija cheese and truffle oil
Good shrimp tacos , but all tacos are too expensive for the size
The tofu taco is new to the menu & it's really good!
Ask the waitress for a few chips and the ghost pepper vinegar salsa . You won't regret it
Hen of the Woods & Bison Chili Tacos , PBR drafts @ Happy Hour for $1 ! Sick !
The Birria tacos and cocacola Asada are soooo good
Beer fish - garlic shrim Taco woooh gurl try it
$2 PBR and sangria . $4 draft on Happy hour . 9PM-11PM.
Too expensive ! Given that this place is in the heart of silverlake where you can get a great cheap taco at every corner, this place is super over priced given the quality of food you actually get.
The drinks is all that’s good about this place! You can get better food next door
The sweetcorn is awesome...a must have
Underwhelmed by the food. Beer is cold. TV for the game without sound... No music ? Kinda can't decide if its a restaurant or a bar .... My suggestions would be to dim the lights and get a juke box .
Everything here is delicious
Its a must come for happy hour
Taco version of Wurstkuche . Good food, good drinks
It's love after the first bite.
Tacos and drinks!
Some dope tacos at this place.
I hate to say this but Diablo is just mediocre... Great friendly service , but gringo tacos are over priced. Street corn is good tho
Vegan Friendly !
Festival of brotards.
Elotes with truffle oil ?!?!
Still waiting for my burrito ...
45min for tacos is not worth it & portions are small & pricey . Sangria was no bueno! Better off going to Malo down the street.
Breakfast burrito: papa's style with Spanish and meat! Get the chicken, so much juicier than the chorizo. - Chalsea Chen
Lovely outdoor seating with super legit Mexican food and drinks! Get the trout contramar ???? - Sydney M
Extremely friendly and fun place with some great craft beers and some truly delicious cocktails. - Tom Coates
The acoustics aren't great so live performances suffer as a result. It's a cool venue and it's a hub of hipster town, so there's that. - Jeremy Monsayac
Great Stadium! Love the architecture. Sat in the drink row seats (bar stools and a bar counter). I don’t recommend them because the upper deck blocks the view of the stadium and scoreboard. - Neil Kanning
