The Portuguese beans were amazing. Warning: Don't eat here if you just want a small breakfast . I didn't have to eat for the rest of the day. Had the chorizo eggs with the beans and biscuits and gravy .

I love this restaurant . It's one of my favorite places to go in Merced. The staff is always nice, the food great, and it has that diner atmosphere.

We love the Dusty's Dip . Every time we eat there we get a Dusty's Dip with the addition of Monterey Jack Cheese . On Sat. they serve Lobster Bisque Soup which is yummy with their Garlic Cheese Bread .

Ample serving sizes--you could easily split any breakfast platter. Servers were polite and friendly . Try the Cajun sausage !

The Starving Student Special is always a great choice. Especially the breakfast items and the half sandwich and soup options. Friendly servers , which make it a Merced must.

Excellent diner ! 12$ dinners and great service from young stuff.

Instead of ham on the eggs Benedict , I got sautéed spinach , mushrooms and onions . To die for!
