Cheap , authentic slovak food. Garlic soup in bread bowl is amazing, don't think twice, just order it. Halusky with bryndza cheese was too sour, but worth to try if you're interested in slovak cuisine .
You need to try at least 2 things in this restaurant : potato dumplings with sheep cheese and the garlic soup . It's possible to share with other person the dumplings if you had the soup before
If you have someone to share your food with, then order the Slovenska misa pre 2 osoby, you'll be able to taste three kinds of Slovak dishes! So good!
Great! Cheap , super good and kind service . Noodles with bacon , wondeful. The house beer is also good, perfect for summer. The downside: dessert . Dinner for two at €16!
Food iz amazing, service is very good and music is appropriate. I went there every day during my stay in Bratislava. Prices are reasonable and atmosphere is authentic .
Rank 23 of all worldwide pubs (TripAdvisors). Cheap & tasty foods. Great atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Possibly the best food I've had in Bratislava so far and at the best price. An unmissable experience. No AC or garden so in the hottest days might be challenging but still it worths a stop.
Best place in Bratislava to try the traditional Slovak food . The dishes are cheap & delicious. They have their own organic farm , so all the traditional dairy products are always fresh.
Nice place to hang out with friends. Food is decent and reasonably priced. The waiter was friendly . If you're travelling to Bratislava and don't know where to eat, Slovak Pub is a really good option.
The atmosphere inside the place is lovely with the historical decor and folk music . The local food is worth a try!
Perfectly authentic Slovak restaurant . Not pricey at all, but gets quite smokey. Great for bigger groups, it will fit everyone! Halusky is a must here!
Very interesting and authentic ...atmosphere ,menu, beers ...you should drink some traditional Slovakian beer ...probably one of the best and trendy pub in bratislava.
I don't know what it's called but it's a Slovakian pasta and potato dish with sheep cheese with chicken and vegetables . She the beer is great, they craft some of their own.
cheap and good beer . cheap and good price for traditional food . friendly staff ! internet doesn't work very well but the place is cozy
Bryndzove Halushky with slaninka is done very very well . Try it :). Of course if you are tourist you might be surprised. Just be open to new taste of Slovak Halushky. ????
Delicious food and cheap drinks , also loads of space for seating and a traditional feel inside ????
Garlic soup in the bread is amazing. Also the rooms with lore are interesting and the service is great
Great pub for just drinks or a very nice meal. Staff is very attentive. Nice atmosphere. Must-go-to when in Bratislava!
Try the creamy garlic soup in their homemade loaf of bread ! Typical Slovakian soup and so tasty!
Very authentic , good service , delicious food. Beer is really good. Try brynzove halushki and kofola .
For me this is the best place to have traditional Slovak food in Bratislava. Good food, prices, location and decorations!
the garlic soup is actually really good! cheap beer (cheaper than water) and good coffee . warm space!!
Good place with slovak food! Anazing garlic soup in home-made bread and delicious bryndzové halušky. Portion for 2 persons is really big.
OMG best service, better then Flagship!!! Take garlic soup , continue with some traditional dish , finish with dumplings and walnuts , wash it down with ZlatyBazant from wooden casks ! 5 stars
Great place to try traditional Slovak cuisine . Slovenska misa and a pint of kofola were delicious
Stopped here for dinner food and beer was fab and I couldn’t fault the service would come back again !
We really likes soups , but main dishes were not so great. However nice atmosphere of traditional Slovak pub for reasonable price. I would recommend for visit ????
Awesome food... I went for some authentic Slovak food, but chose the traditional Czech meal like a tool.. Was still very good.
Variety of tasty traditional foods , like bryndzove halusky . If you want a dessert , taste dumplings with butter, cinnamon and cocoa .
Good waitstaff , very friendly . Ask for the food to be hot. Mine was served cold. Kofola is good. I had the bryndzove halusky . A bit sour, but probably would have been good if served hot.
Cousine, atmosphere and waiters were great. Prices are just okay. Recommended if you want to try Slovak cousine. Try not to speak czech.
Fab traditional dishes and authentic atmosphere. Recommend the sharing platter of local dishes.
Place where all tourists go. Lots of students, cheap , champagne for 8euros, all chairs different. But that place has its own atmosphere
Really interesting place for a traditional meal. Read the info of every room
The food is simply delicious if you like traditional Slovak cuisine .
Try some local food. It's very good and it's cheap . Nice decoration that tells you about the country 's history.
Traditional, friendly and decent food! Terrible music though.. it is a must visit and cheap !
One of the best place to eat in bratislava. Cheap , bio, slovak food. Lots of nice beers also :)
You can eat and drink in 8 different atmospheres in this oldest pub of Bratislava !
Perfect service, tasteful traditional food . Hope to come again soon!
Spacious place. Each room with different design. Full of folk elements and music . Food average. Dumplings were ok, ribbs not good at all. Garlic soup tasty. You can buy tshirst, badges and poscard.
I liked the bryndzove haulsky . Slovak Beer is cheap 1.5 euros for half a ltr and taste great
Normal prices for Bratislava, ribs (450 gr - 14 eur) were good enough. Beer approx 2 Eur.
Excellent place to have a beer and try all Slovak dishes.
You can have good food at nice prices
The 2 person menu is pretty big, could be enough for 3 people. Dumplings with bryndza are quite good!
Nice local cuisine . Interesting interior. Tasty beer
Amazing slovak food, really nice service!
i ate a kakadu with falafel ..stol zajebeny od brindze tiez moze byt..ahoj moj.
Good food, but staff is very unfriendly and slow. It was really hard to get a free table. Waiters did not speak english. We got soups , main dish and side dishes all at the same time. Beer is cheap .
Try the traditional Slovak food here: dumplings with cheese. Very nice! - Eerke Steller
Generaly is OK. But they did not have everything in the menu. It could be a little cheaper. - Kalin Georgiev
Near the castle with a beautiful view is a restaurant where you can grab a cold beer and enjoy the view over Bratislava. - Anna Sophie
Great variety of books, places to read and have a look, nice staff and sometimes good events: - Viktoria Lichtenstein
Great location, interesting architecture and lovely atmosphere on the promenade - Elluš Ka
