Snowy plover (bird) habitat at the north end of the beach . You can see big rafts of plovers wading the shallow stream, hunting for sand flies and other food.

Beautiful spot for breathtaking photos ????????

A bottle is buried on the beach in memory of my niece Alexis Tackett from Ohio who lost her battle with brain cancer as a child. Please do not disturb. 4.21.13

The free parking at the south end of the hotel is nice and the easy access to the beach is great, but there’s an AWFUL lot of dog feces lying about. Worst I’ve seen on Oregon coast so far.

Walk North from the parking area entrance to the beach but be prepared to cross a shallow creek.
