The negative comments surprise me. It does get a bit cold and loud from the music . However, the customer service is amazing. There is lots of space and seating for you to do work. My fave sbux in EG.
Why is it that every Starbucks in Elk Grove is so slow?! I live in Chicago where they are so much faster, they need to come show these people how it's done!

Customer service is hit or miss here. Def not consistent in how you are treated. At least that's our experience.
Rated WORST customer service in the entire nation! Rude, crude and socially unacceptable is the standard here. I am so very happy that DUTCH BROS. COFFEE is right across the freeway to the East!

Nice store but quite large and everything is spread out so you may walk a bit to find something you want. Ample parking lot is not congested with large spaces. Better than the Elk Grove Blvd. store. - Joe Yuke
