The hotel is not worth your money :) i'll check in to other hotels when i come back here in manila ;) there are more cheaper hotels compare to this hotel with nice rooms and friendly people :)

Ëxcellent customer service by the room boys.. They find ways to go the extra mile for your satisfaction

Is it me or did the rooms became smaller the last time we were here? Wifi is fast, btw.... that is, if you stand beside the door and raise your phone above your head.

Crappy place, was accommodated here due to a cancelled flight so not my own choice though. Wifi login and password in the room was l0 (little L, zero) followed by room number.

Rude & slow front desk staff . Paid for our room in advance and advised by the staff to wait not less than an hour. But we waited for more than an hour. Not worthy to be rated. The hotel is Terrible.
