Le café des artistes est tout simplement le café le plus ensoleillé de Toulouse. Une vue magnifique sur la Garonne. Le service est très agréable et les prix très correct !
Endroit très sympathique pour retrouver des amis, ou tomber amoureux, la vue est magnifique et l'air est frais.
Enfin un endroit ou le Grand crème est VRAIMENT grand. Belle vue sur la Garonne. Service sympathique !

The Capitole building is open to the public (on most days) and the art work inside is stunning. Best viewed with a guide to explain the historical context. The place (square) itself is quite animated. - Faris Samawi
