You didn't hear it from me, but at least once per contract cycle you can get a replacement SIM for free. It's one of those rule bender requests, as they sell for $20. Get one before you need one.
Be sure and ask Billy to open up the pit!
Don't come here if you need a smaller sim-card,. They charge $20 for new sim-card while other store can give you one for free.
Be prepared to wait awhile if there's more than 1 customer in the store.
