Horrible first experience with a chocolate mousse cake ordered for my mother's birthday. Dried-out, sickingly sweet and decorated with tasteless "chocolate " roses (as much fun as chewing on brown wax)

There needs to be more ricotta and less cream in the cannoli !

Try the cannoli ; it's the best in Ottawa.
