Very friendly staff . Very clean room . A little loud AC but didnt disturb me. Gr8 view of Kata Beach from my room. Breakfast was amazing, it offers International, thai and chinese breakfast .

Tour lady working in hotel charges more expensive than other tour agencies in neighborhood . You may need to use few stairs to go to your room. Few sunbeds . In general very nice hotel .def a good stay

Great hotel , modern Thai style. Amazing pools (2), great service and hospitality . From the upper hillside buildings there is beautiful sea view , - so worst climbing. :-) Great location!

View from our balcony is amazing facing Kata Beach ,very clean room and nice pool for kids. The culinary nearby the hotel very delicious

This hotel has a perfect location. It will take like two minutes of walking from hotel lobby to the Kata beach .

Great breakfast , 2 big pools , a workout room and close to both the beach and the city .

There are two swimming pools actually. The big pool has a kid zone which is nice for small children.

Very nice and clean place, people is very kind.

This was not the right choice for us. Old rooms, old towels, not what the pictures promise when you book . Yes, the view was nice. The place desperately needs an uplift. If you have a choice skip Kata.

A good hotel that needs many improvements. Breakfast is awful to compare to previously ever stayed ones. You will find nothing normal to eat and all you will find are not deliciously cooked.

Not generally the most clean hotel I have ever seen. The lift smells bad, stairs are always wet. Breakfast is not tasty at all but an amulet and juice

Прекрасный вид на море , хотя надо выбирать номера в дальнем 7 корпусе, до которого надо подняться на 2-х лифтах и много ступенек . Однако вид - того стоит !

Не во всех номерах seaview отличный вид . Мы не стали переплачивать за него. Нам он достался после того, как мы выразили три раза! претензию по поводу ремонта , который затеяли в соседнем номере :(

Если вас селят в номер 6411, знайте, что вместо sea view у вас будет tree view . Из минусов: очень много ступенек и лифтов ,запутанное расположение корпусов, отсутствие москитных сеток и шум кондёра.

Грязный отель с ужасным менеджментом. Постоянно приходится просить поменять полотенца. Еще и пару раз напомнить :( Уже неловко указывать на недостатки! Застираные полотенца, рваное постельное белье.
