The togorashi broth pictured here (???????? ) was really honest, and the ingredients fresh and made-to-order by the friendly line cook. Big ???? to this cool joint!

Pretty good ramen in Basel! Chashu ramen with soy broth is definitely worth trying!

Basel's attempt on ramen ... I guess it's unfair to compare with places in Asia or NY or SF. One positive thing: it's fast.

The vegetarian Gyoza are very tasty. For an additional 2 Francs you get soup à discrétion. Also, they accept credit card now.

If you love Ramen , get yourself to the airport and go to the Smørgasburg/Brooklyn food market , New York.
