Organized kids activities ? Fairly lame: board games , ping pong , coloring, TV watching. Kids centre basically a day care room with a few toys . One nice thing: you can sign out beach toys for the day.

The system with the palapas is ridiculous. If you want one, you have to wait in line for an hour or so. Every. God. Damn. Day. I'm on a holiday, not in the Soviet Union!

Bring your own drinks and snacks to the beach as the bar fare is $$$, limited in variety and poor quality. No vendors. No waiters will come around to take orders. Kids pool is nice. Hot tubs not hot.

Service is abhorrent-Unfriendly and unwilling to help. Probably the worst service hotels I've stayed in. And for family-friendly they despise kids. It's only saving grace is the exquisite beach

Es impensado y anacrónico el sistema de reserva de palapas (sombrillas). Lo demás está muy bien.
Muito bem localizado. Diariamente, show de sax ou trumpete na piscina ao pôr-do-sol. Não esqueça de reservar sombreiro para o dia seguinte, sempre a partir das 16h .
Hotel pé na areia com boa infraestrutura : oferece toalhas de praia , cadeiras de praia e até algumas barracas (precisam ser reservadas no dia anterior). Quartos limpos e espaçosos e bons restaurantes
Restaurantes OK, wi-fi regular, atendimento mediano (exceto pelo brasileiro Paulo da recepção ). A localização é muito boa. Têm muitas crianças, pra quem vai com família, ótimo. Para casais, a treva.????

O hotel é bom,o atendimento muito aquém, tivemos que percorrer o hotel todo com as malas perguntando onde ficava nosso quarto, funcionários (salvo pouquíssimos) nada simpáticos, importante desencanar!

Bom custo-benefício, mas não espere um atendimento fantástico. O Conciegé é terceirizado e só oferece passeios de uma operadora. O wi-fi grátis não é liberado para celulares.
