The best place in Hallstatt. The best way to experience the magnitude of this famous location is with a ferry ride across the lake .

Really different experience and must try. Its 30 € but its worth it. Take the package with the cable car one. You won't want the climb whole mountain by foot. Lots of fun and surprises in the mine :)

A 90-minute tour to the oldest salt mine started with a little hiking paired with a breathtaking views ,definitely great family activity, we enjoyed the slides, and the guide was informative &friendly

Perfect for groups and family. 30 euro entrance to the mine and funicular . It is cold in the mine, around 8 degrees .

Long tour but not really worth the price. Inside its mostly just stops to watch videos about the mines history, that are only partly translated to English + longest underground slide. Not a must see.

The mine is amazing! Although the tour has more to offer if you know German...videos have little content for English

The slides are cool I suppose and fun for children. The tour tour itself is not very exciting, they speak in 4 languages which takes forever and the demos inside feel very 90s. Stay outdoors instead

Watch out when u pay for cable car up to salz welten.cheating from reception. 8/7/2016 at 10am #mark up the price! 2 adult for 52 euros. It should be 32 euros. Be careful to count your money back!

Great view and nice tour

Unfortunately they are closed till 2nd of March but the skywalk is open.

One of the worst mine tours ever, tourist trap for stupid people. 30 EUR is a rip off. More like an amusement park than real salt mine . Evade alltogether with Hallstatt.

Funicular ile Halstatt a yukarıdan bakmak harika. Fotoğrafçılar makinalarınızı hazırlayın. Yukarıda susuyanlat ve acıkanlar için cafe var. Son füniküler saat 16 da kasm ayında. Tavsiye edilir.

Kesinlikle erken gidip park sorunu yaşamamalısınız. Sonra doya doya gezmeye bakın. Havanın yağmurlu olup olmamasına dikkat edin, ona göre iki günlük plan yapmanızı tavsiye ederim.
