蕎麦 の打ち方のせいなのか、ちょっとボソボソした感じの蕎麦 でした。蕎麦 自体の味は悪くないと思いますが、ヤッパリ蕎麦 はツルッと喉を通って欲しい。
鴨 ・茄子 ・葱のつけ汁 、北斎せいろ。平日昼は3段、1250円。
お蕎麦屋さん です。おそば もおだし も美味しいので、ざるでもかけでもどっちでも満足。
