The customer experience is great & I love the new M lounge !! The hotel is in need of remodel. My room reeked of dust & mildew. I scratched & sneezed all night. ????
Great atmosphere and service. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was great for the kids. Needs a hot tub though.
Stay in the cabanas. You can drive right up to the patio if your room! So, convenient!
Hotel only offers two suites and both are one big room , not bedroom + parlor.
A minute walk to the space center. Great view of rocket Saturn .

Actually, went to Concierge Lounge at 6:45 & no food, very disappointing. Theva at the front desk was nice enough to provide me with a $10 off food coupon.
Revising my earlier tip: the wire for the internet is in a bag hanging in the closet.

The internet in ibahn.com. It is horribly slow and wired only. The exercise room is ok. Nice indoor/outdoor pool.

Excellent staff able to accommodate large school groups. 3 day pathfinder series was great for our 5th graders. They have examples of multiple rockets and space memorabilia. - Ashley Ross
