so much like one of those ad hoc beer gardens in berlin. what's missing is one of the canals but nassau avenue will have to suffice.

Coffee is delicious, the tunes are so good, chill vibe with a good view of the skyline. The best place in the hood to hang.

Good for outdoor hanging, unless you're by the port-o-potties (they smell). Went on a hot weekend and they were out of many drink options. They also don't have food, but there's BBQ across the street.
