Winter means some closed roads and trails due to mud and landslides. Check website and/or ask about conditions at the visitor center . Spent a nice winter day hiking the Brandy Creek Falls Trail .
Go to the Visitor Center and grab a map for Whiskeytown Falls . Take the long winding road up and hike in (with lots of water). Take in the awesome view at the end. Best in Spring.
First things first, stop at the Visitor 's Center to get a map. Then, hike to the four waterfalls . Whiskeytown Falls is spectacular! The hike was so much fun and definitely worth it.
Make sure to pay for parking and get ready to see some beautiful scenery
Go to Brandy Creek Falls . Stop at the Visitor Center for directions. The winding drive and short hike are well worth what you'll take in at the end.
