The staff is very friendly . Also, if you visit their enough they remember your name & drink(s) which helps speed up the coffee fix process!

The baristas here are so friendly ! Mornings are super busy, but what Starbucks isn't??

Sometimes you get your coffee in 15 seconds... Sometimes 15 minutes, if you're all about consistency this isn't your Starbucks.

Peaceful Starbucks in midtown

The manager should be there at peak hours to control the staff . Those guys just chat and play among them, they should instead pay attention to their consumers.

2 days in a row they missed my drink order. Had to ask them to make it after ~5 min wait. Acted like it was my fault they didn't get my order when one lady yelled it from 1 end of store to other

asked for a tall ice with milk and received a cup of milk . also, they charged me almost 3 bux. get your shit together.

I disagree with Pen. This is one of the best Starbucks in the city . Very friendly and organized .

50/50. sometimes they get my order right and I receive it quickly. other times they forget it even if it's a simple iced coffee with milk . busy or slow, same service. also, they can be rude.
