Hot chocolatier ! Pick your chocolate from 100% down to about 34% cocoa including single origin options, you can pimp with spices, creams or booze (but the 74% was very good as is)
The 53% is a good place to start, especially if you're not a fan of really dark chocolate .

This ancient monument was built in 1939 when Edward III made grants for further fortifying the town, and of the four gateways built, this is the only existing one. It has a chamber over the arch. - Bill Glover
