Very nice brunch ! I had avacado salsa with bacon on English muffins . Wife had kippers with a blob of something nice on top can't remember what it was called. My son and daughter had a full English .
J.R.R. Tolkien stayed at this hotel and it is said that it gave him the inspiration for The Prancing Pony inn . From the hotel if you walk down Waterworks Road you will find the two towers inspiration.
Inconsistent level of service rooms overlooking the garden are definitely less noisy than the school and road side

Very good service. Modern decor but very traditional restaurant with silver service. room ver large and bed comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order and very good quality. NB lift but also steps - Su Butcher
