A true dive, but excellent food! Man vs. Food featured spot with a 3 lbs burger and a 6 lbs milkshake !!! Excellent corned beef hash , home made pastries , and more!

If you want to get Crab Cakes , I'd recommend just getting an order or two of the Crab Balls , they're delicious and don't have extra filling like the Crab Cakes do, just crab meat .

Loved the crab veggies and cheese omelet . Get the potatoes ! This place is busy!! You may have to wait but the peanut butter cup shake is worth it!! You sit really close it the next table say hello

Best crab cakes ever! Great portions too. Been to many places in DE and MD and this is the best so far..better than Phillips in Baltimore too and the Narrows restaurant on Kent Island .

Literally as Maryland as Maryland gets. Locals buy crab cakes and corned beef . Great personalities throughout the whole restaurant . A blast to have a meal here. Don't forget a slice of pie !

The crab cakes are all that! The get really busy, you sit really close but the 'peanut butter cup ' milkshake makes it all worth your while. Oh and by the way , the have really good customer service.

Chick & Ruth's is a great spot to eat, especially if you're looking for a meal that represent what Maryland is all about. You're also close to the other city attractions , including the State House.

The crab cake is amazing, but don't sleep on the cream of crab soup either. Honestly it might be better than the crab cake

They keep their burgers simple but execute them perfectly. I got the 2/3 lb burger and it was plenty. If you're in the mood for a burger , I'd recommend this place.

Get a window table !!! This a is a Man vs Food Challenge stop!!! Awesome sandwiches ... The onion rings are real onion and the iced tea is fresh.

Best scrapple a joint can get ya by far! Plus, I was greeted by the nicest people, the workers and guests, all were super friendly and nice! Made my morning!

Get the crab Benny for breakfast , crab cake for lunch or dinner , pie for dessert . Everything else is diner delicious too.

Sit at the counter and just try to make it through all the special 'locals' menu on the wall. Don't forget an Apple Fritter on the way out!

Get the #18 US Senator Rueben and double it with Pastrami . Their corned beef (#18) is home made and excellent.

You can't say you've been to Annapolis until you've visited Chick & Ruth's. If you're from out of town , stay in one of the few rooms they have right upstairs, (reservations FAR in advance needed).

You can't say you've visited Annapolis if you haven't stopped into Chick & Ruth's Deli / Diner . It's been a local institution for a very long time with good reason. Big Menu & Great Food!

Chick & Ruth's isn't a stop on your pub crawl. But it is the place you should remember if you need some late night greasy spoon diner food after your done with your pub crawl.

Try to finish off their 6 lb Milkshake , OR their Super Duper Colossal Sandwich , which is recommended for 5 to 6 people!

The burgers and the crab cakes are a must.

Chick & Ruth's is like Cheers but REALLY tiny. They know your name if your a regular and they give you a warm welcome no matter what.
