Ladies! In YMCA I've never seen a woman, who knows, that taking a sauna without towel on your head is harmful for your hair! Take care.

Good gym . Dry sauna pool towel service . But for away member it's really hard to find parking in the Dt area .

Always check the cardio machines on the free weight side when things are busy!

You can usually find me on ellipticals one, two, three, 11 or 12. Or jogging awkwardly on the third-floor track .

There needs to be a sign on the track that says "no morons allowed". Common sense seems to be lacking among the people are up there. Also, please no unsupervised children on the track !

Do not swim in a lane with someone who's speed is totally different than you. It doesn't work, especially when forced to circle swim when things get busy.
