Try to not get there too early. They rent out their studio space and share the foyer with a sushi restaurant . Can be a bit awkward to stretch out before class .
Great studio with relaxed atmosphere , lots of light and great men's yoga .
Love this place, lots of great classes and great people teaching them.
This is one of my favorite places to creat my dance on the hill .
