Best amenity: multiple outlets, on desk and bedside lamps! Mini-frig, 2 free bottled water, *hot* water in bathroom . "Included" breakfast $20, but Starbucks, others nearby. I'd stay again.
Fairly new and clean hotel . Your only about 8 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh depending on bridge traffic. Shuttle is unreliable.
Doesn't look very impressive when you pull into parkinglot but it's gorgeous inside & huge. Front desk staff was very friendly & helpful.

I was here for a hockey tournament, the wifi here sucks and there was an anime convention with 20 year old freaks walking around in anime costumes till 3 am. Service and security is unfriendly. Bad!!!

Thermostat in the room has a motion detector. During the night A/C stops to work and room turns in to sauna !!!!

Horrible customer service , when cab did not arrive on time for our train no one was willing to help us. After much prodding we managed to get there however no with any help from hotel staff
