Lovely walk all the way round, I recommend the coastal walk. Be aware the food pavilion is only open in July and August!

at low tide you can walk across to Protection Island and can find yourself at the Dingy Dock in no time!

Scenery!! Peaceful place to breath in some serenity

If you crash a wedding at the Pavilion & drink the open bar dry, plan your exit before the last ferry (9:10 p.m.) Newcastle can seem pretty small when a party's out of booze & looking for you.

Nice park , easy trails

Ice cream shop and lots of marine buoys, add some sunshine makes for a great long weekend from Vancouver.

Sooo peaceful ...so romantic .
