این ساختمان با اسلوب معماری ایران ، در دوره قاجاریه توسط " میرزا یوسف مشیر دیوان" دیوان مشاور و جانشین حاکم منطقه به نام" میرزا رضای وزیر کردستانی" ساخته شد.هفت حیاط دارد که هر یک از آنها دارای آب نمایی جداگانه است

It is obvious that Kurdistan ICHTO is inadequately resourced. The building is falling down gradually and some parts have not been bought yet from the owners and are closed to visitors.
Couldn't visit because it was closed!!! 9-14 houres of visit
هنوز در حال بازسازیه و بخش خارجی‌ش به امان خدا رها شده انگار، اما معماری بنای اصلی فوق‌العاده است.

Worth a visit if you are in sanandaj. I liked the house of aasef and sanandaj museum better though. - Maryam Nghb
