En la época de la colonia aquí se realizaba el comercio de esclavo. Tal vez por eso, esta plaza parezca tener otro nivel de tensión comparado con el resto de la ciudad amurallada.
Lugar muito bonito, com muita história e onde se pode comprar doces muito gostosos.
Su historia es interesante. Queda frente a la calle de los dulces, aprovechen para stockearse porque en el aeropuerto estan muy caros .
