Great breakfast place with good coffee .

Staff here is great. I'm a regular and they call me by my name and remember my order. Can't beat friendliness.

Ask for them to go light on the cream cheese other wise you're eating cream cheese with a bagel on the side.

... it's almost a certainty that your order will be incorrect by the time it gets to you which, in some cases, seems like an eternity.

The bagels here are not as good as other locations, they taste under cooked, either that or they are not toasting my bagel longer than I like.

They are always out of something. Today they left cranberries off my salad and she said "we are tired." The workers seem so unhappy and stoned. Get it together! It ain't cheap to eat here.

this place used to have exceptional service until the friendly woman who managed the store for years left. now it's run by a bunch of bumbling teens with no concept of customer service or common sense

Terrible bagels . Terrible service. The ham and Swiss deli melt was made in correctly and tasted like it was made of plastic. Nobody seemed to know how to make it and it took forever.

The bagel box is great for small events .
