The Macadamia Grouper is nothing but "Exquisite", out of anyone's imagination, plus combined w/ Scallops & Crab as entree, you are guaranteed the best dinner in town in the most romantic environment.
Beautiful spot right on the beach . Saturday night we easily got a table for the sunset . Good service , the chef sent complimentary sashimi , dessert . Live music (played all the standards).
Mahi mahi , grilled scallops , short ribs . We have to say we stayed at the Ritz Carlton. Went to the top restaurants on the island and this one s our favorite for food, view and service!!!
The food was the best here on the island . We tried Madame Janette, BLT, and Casa Nonna. They were all good but this place tops my list. Be sure to ask for Oscar, Adiela and the supervisor Sally.
Possibly the most romantic dinner spot in Aruba! Make a reservation a few days in advance, time it 30 minutes before sunset ... get the mahi mahi and a cocktail .
When you go to Aruba make a reserve at Simple Fish to view the sunset while you choose your dinner...the reserve is free and the menu prices are honest. Simple Fish is behind Marriott & Stellaris.
In the late afternoon when the staff is setting up the tables for dinner , ask the host to reserve a table for late night drinks right on the edge of the water. Great romantic spot .

Make your reservation on "OpenTable"- Thru the Marriott Aruba website. If not - it is very hard to get a reservation at the time ou want.
You must get the Macademia Grouper . It's fantastic.
