The customer service is 5 star! The Head of maintenance, Deundre and frt desk is 100 on any inconvenience you have as a customer! It truly is 100 a night for a million dollar service !

The restaurant attached to the hotel can be accessed without going outside. And the food is decent.

Shuttle to airport says goes every 30mins. Been waiting 45 min and no shuttle. Staff days I must have missed it even though I sat outside
For those of you here for training with ExpressJet, the study rooms have some sort of a mildew issue and smell terrible. However, there are tons of nooks and crannies elsewhere to study and practice.

Shuttles to & from the airport are ridiculously slow, 1+ hour ave., & careful if items shipped to the hotel , the staff loses them supposedly
No special coffees (only filter) in the whole hotel , not even for paying. Not the standard used to have from other IHG Hotels
