Spacious room with a king and a twin. Small bathroom as usual. Walls really are paper thin. Luca was the man though. Hooked me up with a shot of whiskey and lemoncello on the house.
Worst hotel ever!!! Walls are paper thin... You here EVERYTHING (kids, TV , shouting teenagers) from all directions!!!! I wish I could tell the couple next door to get a different room!

Nos ha tocado una habitación es esquina y piso alto...la habitación es muy amplia, el aire acondicionado funciona ok y no nos quejamos de las vistas. Muy cerca de la estación de tren Santa M. Novelle.

Ужасный отель ! Ванная вообще беда! Слышимость будто стены и дверь из картона. На завтрак выбора вообще нет. На букинге дают 8 баллов хрен знает за что!!!

The Tortelli patate (something I can't remember) Tartufo is Awesome! Quick friendly service. Try to dine before 8.30pm as some people had a short wait for a table. - Dan Miller
