Get there early on St Patricks Day. It is packed by 430.
Mulligan's doesn't allow electronic cigarettes. which are legal, safe, don't smell, and only emit water vapor. It isn't smoking. Other bars allow eCigs, I always ask first. Mulligan's was very rude!
The staff tells gay jokes.... oh how cool. I won't be back.
