Aside from the worldclass gym equipments (max-rack bench press machine and rubber-covered dumbells to name a few), they also have yoga and TRX classes that you can attend to. The staff are awesome too

Those dumbbells r bigger than me. Jk but this is a nice gym . Airconditioned with world class equipments. Trainers/instructors will really motivate you to keep pushing until u acquire ur desired body.

Nice Gym . Got shower room, new equipments, clean and cool instructors that can motivate you to push forward. Look for Buddy , Oscar and Edward.

Be the first to arrive at 6am and workout like a boss! You'll rule the whole place when nobody's around but you and the coach. 

if ur up by crack of dawn...6am is the best time to lift weights at this gym..most of the members comes late..& it's near my place..

You should try using kettlebell for your shoulder exercise/workout.

Look for Buddy , the gym instructor if u wanna lose more lbs than u can imagine! He's Hitler, but nicer....
